Information involved
The service may process your phone number, message content, consent and opt-out records, delivery records, and memories or summaries derived from conversations. Messages may include links or phone numbers relevant to a conversation.
How information is used
Adam intends to use this information to conduct personal conversations; send requested reminders and updates; coordinate personal plans; relay questions and responses on his behalf; document consent and delivery; and maintain conversation continuity. Adam's AI assistants may help compose and respond to messages. They will be identified as his assistants, though their individual names may vary.
Who can access it
Adam, his own systems, and service providers needed to operate the service may access relevant data. Providers may include Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, and SpaceX Super Intelligence LLC (SpaceXSI), the provider of Grok. This list may change and is not exhaustive. Providers may process phone numbers, message content, or related data as needed for their role. This notice makes no promise about a provider's training or retention practices.
SMS data is not sold or shared for advertising or marketing. The service is not intended for marketing messages.
Retention and deletion
Conversations and derived memories may be kept long term to preserve continuity. Consent, opt-out, and delivery records may also be retained to operate and document the service. Adam will honor deletion requests. Some records may remain where needed to document consent or opt-out, and copies in service-provider backups may not be immediately removable. No fixed deletion timeframe is promised.
Replying STOP, once that feature is implemented, will opt you out of future ongoing texts; it does not itself delete existing records. You may separately request deletion through the support contact.
Security and limitations
Adam intends to use reasonable safeguards for the systems he controls, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. AI assistants can make mistakes. Please do not use this service for emergencies or time-critical help.
